Chair Yoga

I started this class as some of my students found it difficult to get on and off the floor. You’ll be surprised how much yoga you can do on a chair! We also use the chairs for balance when standing.

This class is great for anyone with hip, back, foot or arthritis problems. It’s a small, friendly class, so I make sure every individual is looked after personally.

  • Work on posture, spine movement and mobility in the arms and legs
  • Look at habits of movement and work toward increasing confidence in moving and standing
  • Work on reducing pain, anxiety and stress by learning breathing and relaxation techniques.
